Tilly will only be available for foster and will need a special foster home as she has fits and can not walk some of the time. these can be up to several times a day lasting up to an hour long. right now we are unsure if she will grow out of it or if it will be a life long issue. We also are unsure if this will impact her life span or quality of life.
